Handling and Delivery
We have allocated the following costs to be added to all orders requiring delivery. Orders over $1500 are delivered anywhere in mainland Australia free of any handling or delivery charges. See Freight Chart. Large and heavy items may incur an additional freight charge, depending on delivery location. In all cases, the delivery handling charge is waived on Back Orders, unless: a school requests immediate part-order delivery, the remainder of the order will also attract
delivery/handling charges. Any charges arising from Back-Orders on this second delivery will also be waived.

Damages and Shortages
Damaged products or delivery shortages must be reported within 14 days, whereby you will receive prompt attention to the matter.
